Scharter yacht Ipharraunreef Yachts updated its Facebook page this week with the first-ever photographs of the newly launched sailing catamaran Ipharra.

At 102 feet long, Ipharra will be the largest catamaran by far in the Sunreef charter fleet, whose previous flagship power- and sailing catamarans were 70 feet long. (One example is the 70-foot powercat Damrak.)

Ipharra will next complete sea trials before heading to the Eastern Mediterranean, where she is scheduled to become available for charter beginning August 21. The lowest weekly base rate being advertised is €55,000 for 12 guests.

The photograph above is my favorite from the Facebook uploads, showing the massive amount of open deck space that Ipharra will offer charter guests. I also like the way the top-deck overhang is designed to cover most of the main deck’s outdoor space, so guests will be able to enjoy the fresh air without being forced to bake in the sun. I can’t wait to get onboard, see the interior, and meet the crew.

Any reputable charter broker can tell you more about Ipharra or help you become one of the yacht’s first charter clients this summer.
