The Arcona 340 matches the quality and ambience of our other performance yachts. The rich farmed Khaya Mahogany interior, owners' choice of fabrics, white headlining and plenty of ports and hatches provide light, good ventilation and unrivalled comfort. The layout provides: - a forecabin with plenty of room and a sizable clothes locker each side of the dressing area and more stowage beneath the berth
- an elegant saloon with l-shaped galley, with plentiful stowage and a good sized sink and fridge; a smoothly rounded chart table; a twin leaf saloon table and long straight settees capable of seating six in comfort to dine as well as providing two excellent sea berths on the move
- a spacious toilet with shower; a deep sink, wet locker and easy access to the cockpit locker through a door
- a roomy aft cabin with a large double bed, plenty of lockers and shelves and some stowage under the berth
The Arcona 340 is built with the latest materials and advanced techniques. Her lay-up, which incorporates a 20mm Dyvinicell foam core everywhere except in the areas of high structural stress, employs the latest vacuum infusion technology. Additionally all bulkheads are bonded to the hull and deck for added strength. Fitted with a powerful fractional rig the Arcona 340 sports a tapered, twin spreader, keel stepped mast. Tie bars take the rig loads down to the steel frame, removing any stress on the hull. For strength and stability, the bulb keel is made of antimony hardened lead. The yard where the Arcona 340 is built is one of Europe's most modern and efficient. Our detailed quality control includes testing every yacht in a big indoor water pool, where sprinkler systems guarantee that every Arcona is ready to meet the elements.
