Selden Furlex genoa, larger Selden main with vertical battens, in mast furling, spinnaker pole and gear, mast stowage, tri radial spinnaker with snuffer, cruising chute, storm jib, spare jib and main, Selden rodkicker with gas strut, all standing rigging replaced 2009 with s/s Danish rigging, backstay SSB aerial. Hull stripped and epoxied 2006. DECK & GEAR. Very good condition teak deck, coach roof, cockpit, bathing platform; uprated Harken 2x46 ST genoa and 2x42 ST spinnaker winches, Lofrans 1200w windlass with 50 mtrs 10mm chain: wired for Airmarine wind gen and trailing water gen: gates in guardrails, passarelle, wheel and binnacle cover,sprayhood with grabrail, bimini, sun awning, windscoop. 18 hatches/portholes provide good ventilation. ENGINE/ELECTRICS. More powerful 50hp Volvo MD22L approx 2500 hours. Mastervolt 135a/h alternator, charge regulator and 3 stage 80a/h battery charger 2007, 4x120a/h service batteries and separate starter/windlass battery, Prowatt inverter, Link 10 battery monitor: MaxProp, spare original prop, stripper, crossover prefilter system for diesel, engine and other spares, all service manuals. NAVIGATION. Raymarine ST 80 navigation instruments, ST 80 autpilot (with the stronger linear drive), R10xx radar interfaced, Toshiba Tecra PC running Euronav Seapro 3000 with 1200 electronic charts, 100+ manual charts, Navtex 4+, Shipmate 8300 SOS VHF radio with cockpit speaker, ICOM M710 GMDSS SSB radio and ATU, Raymarine 106E handheld VHF, McMurdo GPS EPIRB. ACCOMMODATION. Forward master cabin with ensuite bathroom, saloon, guest bathroom, and two aft double cabins, additional comfortable berth in saloon if required. All berths have lee cloths, forecabin extra length bed with deep sprung mattresses, additional drawers for clothes and underbed storage compartments for sails, bikes, luggage etc. Main cabin dining area comfortable seating for six, additional storage under seats, cupboards and in lockable compartments in boxes below floor. Galley has new (2010) Force 10 three burner hob, oven and grill and is gimballed with pan clamps: Isotherm 4201 ASU Magnum water cooled fridge, new compressor 2009. Uprated fridge insulation with vacuum panels and foam. SPECTRA 12v watermaker, Seagull IV X-FP drinking water purifier, uprated freshwater pump and filters, sea water tap and pump. Additional storage under bench seat lifted by gas strut, Eberspacher heating, Clarion radio/CD/MP3 system with speakers in main cabin and cockpit, holding tank from aft toilet: electric fans and good reading lights in all cabins. COCKPIT/SAFETY ST 80 and 60 displays on pedestal and repeaters facing, second autopilot control under sprayhood, cockpit harness points, additional manual and electric bilge pumps. McMurdo GPS EPIRB, Ocean Safety 4 man life raft. Ocean flare pack, second anchor, chain and rope, lifejackets,fire extinguishers, lifebelt, flashing lights, throwing line, bosun's chair, search light, fenders, warps, springs etc. DINGHY/OUTBOARD Zodiac Cadet 310 dinghy with inflatable floor and keel, reliable powerful Yamaha 15hp two stroke engine, outboard on hoist and pulley to transfer in/out of dinghy, Simpson s/s davits. |
