Re-powered 2006 30 Bertram Moppie 1994 with  2006 D6 -310 Volvo's with only 310 original hours. This 30 Bertram is all original gel coat and has thousands of dollars worth of upgrades including new power, generator, air conditioning and electronics. The 30 Bertram is an incredible tough boat for its size.  Her deep-v hull from stem to stern allows her to blast through some of the toughest seas at just about any speed.  The 30 is equipped with just about every home way feature including generator and air conditioning that makes over nights very comfortable. Cabin Layout

Below deck the Moppie sleeps 2 comfortably in her twin bed forward and two persons can also squeeze into the collapsible dinette.  She has a combined head with rap around shower curtain. Note the new more powerful air conditioning unit installed by Ocean Options 2009 was plumbed into the head area as well for better ventilation.

Engines

Volvo Penta D6-310's ELECTRONIC Engines were installed new in Rhode Island in 2006. Optional electronic controls were chosen as a $6000 upgrade.   Dripless stuffing boxes were also added. The newer Volvo's have 310 original hours and run flawlessly. In the spring of 2013 both engines were removed and repainted with awlgrip and re installed. The entire bilge was cleaned and repainted at that time as well.
