A well-respected design, the C & C Landfall 38 is one of the best values in cruising sailboats available today. Highlights of this example include a new mainsail & newer roller furling genoa, new Raymarine E7 GPS Chartplotter that can be displayed on your iphone or iPad, New Radar, autopilot, Wind and New Speed & Depth. The salon and cockpit floors were recently replaced. Max Prop.
A forward stateroom with a vee-berth and aft stateroom with a large quarter-berth both have doors for privacy for you and your guests. In the middle of the boat is the salon and galley combined in one large comfortable space making entertaining fun & easy. The table's two leafs open up to serve guests in the main port dining area and the starboard settee. One of the better features of the layout is the large aft-facing navigation station next to the companionway making communication between the navigator and helmsman convenient. Of course it also serves as a nice separate office space for your laptop and/or workbench area.
