The yacht was built in 1982 by Cantieri di Pisa and her first owner was the Government of Bulgaria. Under government ownership the boat was used very rarely. From 1993 to 2007, the yacht was carefully kept in Bulgarian Navy Base in a special built building until she was sold to a private company.
Instead of renovating her, the new owner has decided to rebuild the vessel from scratch using the hull and partially the superstructure.

The exterior view of the yacht has been changed completely arranging a swimming platform, changing the shape of the stern and all the windows, new radar arch, new shape of the bulwark, etc. All the equipment is brand new, as well as piping, cables, shaft line and propellers. New and modern architectural design implemented in the saloon, cabins and fly-bridge using brand new furniture and electronic equipment.
The construction was finished in August 2009 under the project name Concept 29M and registered under the Malta flag.

The Yacht obtains, according to the regulations of the “Registro Italiano Navale RINA”, class reliance characteristic 100/A/1.1/Y.

4 Guest Cabins; 1 Master, 1 VIP, 2 Twin, one of them has an extra single bunk. 2 Separate cabin for crew; 1 for captain & 1 for crew with 2 double bunks.

The mattresses in all cabins are custom-made spring type orthopedic.
The carpet is Excellence Collection Sofistica in the wheelhouse, saloon and all cabins.

The hull framing is constructed with mahogany and iroco, marine plywood, approved by RINA. The hull is covered by fiberglass one layer and doubled on the underwater part.

Superstructure is constructed of marine plywood and mahogany, approve by RINA. The superstructure is covered by fiberglass completely.
Openings: The windows are all  glued with Sica, well limbered. All glasses are low rated "UV". Mirrored glass on sides and patio door and clear on front wheelhouse screens. The bridge side windows are mirrored, tempered glass. The sundeck windshields are light mirrored tinted. The aft saloon door is electrical sliding with mirrored glass.
