Description/Condition

Catboat "Alice" was built in Massachusetts by Cape Dory Marine. She has a newish Quantum Mainsail, Sitka spruce spars,epoxyed and varnished teak rails and natural teak bench covers and combing. She draws just over one foot with the board up and about four feet with the board down. Encluded is a full cover, a cockpit cover, sail cover, Minn Kota Riptide 55 electric outboard and removable brass engine bracket, pig stick burgee staff and halyard, galvanized trailer, life jackets, flairs, anchor, chain and rode, bucket, bailer, dock lines, fenders, teak drink holder, paddle, ensign, hand bilge pump, re-built bronze gudgeons, newly bedded, epoxy coated and varnished cap and rub rail. Best boat, of many, I've ever had the pleasure having:)
