"HIGH SPIRITS" is the last of the Chris Craft Roamers to be delivered. With her aluminium hull and practical three head/four stateroom layout, this yacht combines elegance with functionality. The open plan main salon and helm station features a sweeping 360 degree view with superb windows on the world. Stepping below three steps, the lounge and galley offer a cozy yet expansive area for dining and entertainment. The twin Detroit 12V-71's were rebuilt in 2000 and provide the owners with a top speed of 25 knots.

Accommodations
Entry is to the helmdeck and large open plan saloon with two curved settees with moveable tables. Double doors open to aft deck with ladder to swim platform below. Going forward, 3 steps below to the full width main lounge. Galley is forward with breakfast bar and wooden slatted partitions. New appliances. Forward is a large cabin with 2 berths and ensuite head/shower. Aft of the lounge is passageway to three VIP/owners staterooms (two twin and one with queen double bed) and two full head compartments. Carpeted floors and teak wood cabinetry.

Five major watertight compartments and/or integral tanks consisting of forepeak, forward quarters area, engine room, aft quarters area, lazarette. Hull form is planing type with moderately raked, sharp bow; plumb curved stern, straight, near vertical, curved with inreased flare forward sides; flat sheer, V -bottom with light deadrise at mid-section. Flying bridge.




Engine and Mechanical
The twin Detroit 12V-71's were rebuilt in 2000 and provide the owners with a top speed of 25 knots. Approx. 1200 hours since rebuilt.




Hynautic type wheel steering with one Orbitrol hydraulic pump, necessary tillers, tiller bar and hydraulic ram - two control stations

Dual lever, Morse manual cable control levers for throttle and marine reverse/reduction gear - two fixed control stations

Bennett, hydraulic trim tabs with self-contained hydraulic unit and controls at lower helm and on flying bridge

Gauges: One set of Wagner Tachometer, engine temperature, engine oil pressure, alternator ammeter and marine gear oil pressure gauges located at lower helm, on flybridge and in engine room

Engine work done - completed survey punch list

1. Gen set raw water pump - remove pump rebuild and install, replace with new coolant and presure test.


2. Gen set exhaust hose - installed new hose with loop

3. Gen set -fuel and oil leaks and drip - rework all fittings

4. Gen set - fuel feed and return hoses from fuel tanks to engine were of an incorrect materiel and was secured to electrical wire runs.

5. Port main engine exhaust - new water cooled stainless elbow new Fiberglass muffler

6. Complete New Exhaust wrap with teflon coating.

7. New Racor fuel bowls

8. New engine start Batteries

9. Engine alarms Installed audio and visual alarms to both main engines @ lower helm -for low oil pressure and high coolant temp.

10. Engine service engine oil and filters changed - all fuel filters changed
- impeller replaced all engine zincs replaced - water strainers cleaned.
gear oil and filters replaced, main engine coolant drained, flush and replaced with long Life coolant new coolant pressure caps engine bilges wiped out and lined with new oil pads

11. Genset - change oil and filter changed fuel filters
