Always considered one of the best charter yachts on the market, MIRABELLA III was recently acquired by new owners and has just emerged from an extensive refit period. Taken back to basics and redesigned, this 41.5 metre sailing yacht has emerged even more beautiful than she was before. During the refit, MIRABELLA III radar arch and tender crane were removed and the stern was remodelled to include a new transom door which folds down to form a solid swimming platform which can also double up as a unique golf tee. The teak decks are now flush, the hull, superstructure and spars repainted and new windows have been cut into her hull, allowing natural light to flood into the main saloon.
On the technical side, much thought was given to making the yacht more eco-friendly and many of MIRABELLA III systems have been adapted or newly installed to reflect the new owners' green philosophy. Even the golf balls are biodegradable and break down into fish food after you spend an afternoon practicing your drives off the transom!
