Pilothouse motor saIlior, designed by Bill Harris for Concordia Yachts in 1939; vessel was built by Lowman for Concordia in Calif. in 1947 using finest available hardwoods from postwar minesweeper construction yard. Vessel supports an extera large cockpit (8' X 5') Two fold down seats in pilot house w drop down windows. Pilothouse steering, (gearbox & steel rod, aux tiller can be inserted @ aft end of cockpit) Comfortable (livable) roomy salon w/ 6'4" head room throughout. Two full berths in salon & two berths in cozy focsle foreward. Galley W sink & Force 10 two burner propane stove. New marine toilet w/ sink in head. 11/8" yellow cedar on 21/2" X 21/2" steam bent oak frames on 10" centers. Galv fasteners. Heavy scantlings; full length 2" X 6" bilge stringers (No known issues last two surveys) 10" X 14" X 29' oak keel with 24' 10" X 12" cast iron counterweight underneath. New keel bolts 1995. Mast rebuilt 2011, Stbd side of pilothouse rebuilt 2010, new cockpit cieling 2009, decks refinished to bare wood 2008. Exterior bright work refinished 5X varnish & sealed w/ latex deck covering.
