This beautiful, spacious and well equipped trawler was "home sweet home" to the sellers for five years.  They lived aboard throughout the year, winter and summer. In that time they made some great upgrades including a new heat/ac system, new Garmin 3000, and a very expensive stove with four burners and oven.  The twin Detroit diesels have low hours and were serviced during the winter of 2013-2014   The interior consists of a spacious main salon with wrap around seating, lots of headroom, plenty of natural light and ventilation, and a nice teak and holly floor.  Step down and forward to see the well appointed galley to port and a convertible dinette to starboard.  Continue forward to the guest stateroom and private head with hot and cold water, ample storage and four port lights with screens.  The master stateroom is aft.  There is generous storage plus a sizable hanging locker for clothes. The private head has a shower stall.  The outside deck is covered with a bimini.  The walkaround side decks are wide and safe to travel with rails to grab at every step if needed. The bridge has a full enclosure and seats five comfortably. Boat should be going into water in April.  Service records from last fall to present are available.  Owners are anxious to sell this spring.  Call for appointment to see.
