Comments

Shearwater named after a powerful, long-ranging sea bird is substantially larger than a Dovekie but offers the same solutions in a boat a family or two couples can cruise aboard in "comfort and privacy".

The Shearwater has an absolutely flat bottom.  No rocker, no deadrise.  They are extremely light.  About 2400 pounds with 600 pounds of water ballast.  The Shearwater is designed to sail in 7inches of water off the wind and as little as 12 inches of water upwind.

Call me and I will e-mail you a .pdf of the Factory brochure with comments by Peter Duff.
