This beautiful 46 Egg Harbor has been lovingly cared for and is in Tremendous condition. Powered by twin 450hp Detroit Diesels (6-71 turbo) with 1850 hrs, she cruises at 16 kts and tops out at 21 kts. She is no lightweight, coming in at nearly 40,000 lbs, she rides surefooted and solid. Teak cockpit covering boards, teak cockpit sole, teak toe rails, SHE IS CLASSIC. The 14kw Westerbeake Generator powers all 4 zones of heating and cooling, plus all onboard galley and entertainment systems. Vac-u-flush toilets are a nice upgrade and the bow sunpad and flybridge upholstery have been replaced also (2008). |

| She is a 2 stateroom, 2 head vessel. The master stateroom is forward offering a large pedestal type Queen sized berth. There is an overhead hatch above and lots of large storage compartments for hanging and storing clothes. The master head has private access, features a Vac-u-flush toilet, sink and vanity and a stand-up shower. The guest stateroom has two bunks and is located along the stbd side of the vessel. There are several nice sized storage compartments in the guest stateroom. There is additional sleeping provided on the Sofa that is located in the Salon. |

The galley is located in the forward part of the salon. A bar-height counter with 2 stools, is conveniently located here and an overhead light add a nice touch. both of the refrigerators are new(2008). One is located within the galley and the other is across the way in the Wet Bar area, the Microwave oven is here as well. There is ample galley storage in drawers and cabinets, plus a large Basement compartment that offers additional storage.

The entertainment center in the Salon features a Samsung 27" flat screen HDTV and Parasound stereo system. There are stereo speakers in the cockpit as well as the salon.The navigational equipment is all located on the bridge. All components are flush mounted for a clean, classy look that fits with the Class and Quality of the rest of the boat.

| Shore power is provided by way of a single 50 amp shore power cord and outlet. There is a full breaker and switch panel located just inside of the salon. A 14kw Westerbeake generator w/ 2790 hrs provides 110v power while away from the dock. 12 volt power is supplied by a set of 4d Batteries that were replaced in 2008. There is an onboard converter/Battery charger as well. | |||

The bow railing has been removed by this owner (still available to the Purchaser) and the teak toe rails have been finished w/ Cetol. The teak cockpit cover boards, teak cockpit sole and teak swimplatform are all in marvelous condition. A stbd side transom door makes ingress and egress from the dock safe and easy. There are numerous storage compartments in the cockpit including 3 in-deck storage compartments and two large built in "door and drawer" compartments. Wide side decks make for safe and easy access to the bow for line handling and anchoring. The original bow storage compartment offers convenient storage for lines, fenders and larger items. The sunpad that sits atop this compartment was replaced in 2008 along with the fly bridge upholstery.

| Custom "sunblock" shades for the inside of the salon windows were added to the vessel in 2008 and are in excellent condition. Both heads have been replaced with Vac-u-flush toilets and the black water system has been re-plumbed. Contiouous care and maintenance are clearly on display in this fine vessel. | |||
