For over three decades the 42 has been the most popular yacht in the Grand Banks legacy. Once you have inspected one you will know why! Bomimi is a splendid extended cruise vessel that offers all the luxuries you expect including forward and aft staterooms. The salon has the lower helm station, dry bar/cabinet/icemaker, port settee/berth, L-shaped dining with teak table and lots of storage. The galley has a three-burner Princess propane stove and oven, Princess microwave, Grunert refrigerator and freezer (both with temperature gauges), large and deep stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressure water, lots of counter space, overhead dish lockers and storage below. The configuration of the 3-zone air-conditioned GB42 Classic offers two staterooms separated by the main saloon and galley. This creates an ideal extended cruise vessel for two couples, or utilizing all berths Bomimi has comfortable sleeping for six. The forward cabin has a V-berth, TV/VHS, large hanging locker, plenty of storage space, opening screened hatch and bulkhead shelving. The airy private adjoining forward vacu-flush head with vanity and shower is to starboard. The main saloon has teak parquet flooring throughout, a lower helm station to starboard, fully equipped L shaped galley to port, dry bar/cabinet/icemaker aft of the helm, settee to port that converts to a berth and a traditional L-shaped dining area with a teak table with storage and fold out leaves to starboard. There are numerous storage drawers beneath the settees. The headroom is 6ft 3 inches. The main saloon and galley have 110-volt outlets. The main saloon cushions are all in excellent condition. The spacious full width aft master stateroom is down three steps from the main saloon and features a port-side single and a starboard-side double berth, large hanging locker, built in cabinets and lockers, bookshelf plus drawers and a private access hatchway for access to the after deck. To starboard is the en suite vacu-flush head with vanity, separate shower and storage for toiletries, towels etc. |

The main decks and swim platform are teak, the handrails and stanchions are SS, the gunwale cap rails and stern are varnished teak as are trim areas throughout the vessel exterior. |

The L-shaped galley is to port with a three burner Princess propane stove and oven, GE microwave, Grunert refrigerator and freezer (both with temperature gauges), large and deep stainless steel sink plus dish lockers storage beneath for and above a large countertop. The flybridge is set-up with a full bimini top, 3-sided canvas and eisenglass enclosure, Awlgrip non-skid deck, ample seating, L-shaped settee with varnished teak-grate table, watertight stowage compartments SS/Teak destroyer wheel. She has an Avon RIB with 9.9 HP Yamaha two-stroke engine and sits on a SS/Teak cradle. She is equipped with an aluminum spar stepped on deck with stainless steel wire rigging. The block and tackle for the mast and boom are Harken roller bearing purchase blocks with yacht braid lines for smooth RIB launching and retrieval. There is a storage box with varnished teak top on the aft deck. |

Bomimi has a white fiberglass hull, bow pulpit with rails, bimini top, freshwater wash down system, anchor, electric windlass, fenders and lines, jackets and life rings, navigation lights, spreader lights, extra-wide swim platform, rear deck hot and cold shower and windshield wipers. All main level decks are teak. |
