'William Ann' is such a special and unique Grand Banks, her current owners have lavished the care and attention befitting her! Her bottom was taken down to bare wood resealed and painted and is in excellent condition; new fuel manifold system installed; new davit winch system; new Vacu-flush heads; new interior upholstery; new canvas; also has a newer 11.5 Bullfrog tender with Honda 30 4 stroke OB

Accommodations


Sleeps up to six owners and guests in 3 staterooms; 2 full heads; note extra sink in the forward cabin. LAYOUT FROM FORWARD: Chain locker is followed by the FORWARD GUEST/CREW CABIN, offering two single bunks on starboard; countertop space with sink and stowage to port; forepeak cabinetry; and teak ladder to the foredeck. Next aft to starboard is the MIDSHIPS CABIN, featuring pull-man queen berth and single over that all fold into a large settee outboard; also note locker and drawer storage plus countertop space forward and access to the STAND-UP ENGINEROOM aft. Opposite the mid-ships guest cabin is a full GUEST HEAD with separate stall shower.

Next aft and up to theMAINDECKLEVEL finds the INSIDE HELM STATION forward to starboard with the latest top of the line electronics, and sliding side deck access door just aft of the built-in bench helm seat. At the starboard aft corner is a very large L-shaped settee with custom table, two dining chairs plus a barrel chair. Port side forward is the bright and sunny UP GALLEY with countertop space stretching all the way aft to the main entrance steps from the aft deck. Overhead drop-down CHART TABLE is mounted to the overhead at the aft end of the galley. Fold-out 27” flat screen TV and CD player are mounted on the back side of the port side cabinet for best viewing from the settee.

Near centerline steps lead aft and down to the FULL-WIDTH AFT MASTER CABIN, featuring queen centerline berth with nightstand cabinetry and reading lights at each side; newly reupholstered settee to starboard; extensive hanging and drawer storage built-in throughout; mirrored bulkhead forward; horizontal teak strip aft and on either side; (4) portholes in the aft transom for ample natural light; and en-suite MASTER HEAD with bathtub/shower.

INTERIOR aboard 'William Ann' is beautifully updated throughout, with custom cabinetry and modern laminates, wallpapers, and NEW upholstery, all complimenting the exceptional teak joinery on board. OTHER FEATURES include Webasto 31,000-BTUcabin heater; (3) Cruise-air heat pumps (forward, main and aft cabins); (2) NEW Vacu-flush heads; Security system; and AM/FM/CD stereo system with (6) speakers.



Galley

Well-arranged UP GALLEY is modern and well appointed for the chef who enjoys cruising and/or entertaining! Features and equipment include extra large counter with deep double stainless steel sink; single lever faucet with sprayer; Princess 3-burner LPG stove with flip-up countertop cover and oven with large drawer underneath for easy access to the propane monitoring system; 5-gallon LPG tank on fly-bridge; (2) 6-cu.ft. Under counter refrigerators; U-Line icemaker; built-in Sharp CarouselESP sensor microwave; ample storage including dedicated dishware area and thru-counter access for outside garbage (3 large drawers that roll all the way out for total access); hot/cold pressure freshwater system with large Groco water pump system and 20-gallon hot water system; Kleen plus freshwater filtration system. Deck and Hull


Fresh and raw water wash-down systems; heavy-duty windlass and new controls on the deck and remotes at both helm stations, with 250'of 3/8” high tension galvanized chain and 45 pound CQR anchor; Lexan escape hatches in each stateroom; STORAGE includes two large boxes on the fly-bridge - all with cushions and canvas covers. CANVAS in royal blue, and includes new dual Biminis’s; covers for the fly-bridge console, seats, ship's wheel, and deck boxes; plus moorage covers for the sides, and aft; window covers; and matching porthole covers;ACR beacon locator system is next to the aft door; Bartell electrolysis system with all new bonding wires is located in the engine room. A new electric Nickerson 1000 pound davit system is mounted on the stern.

 

 



Mechanical


ENGINES are freshwater cooled with fuel filters; control stations at cabin and fly-bridge; manual wheel steering; engine oil pump-out system for mains and gen-set; bilge pumps; Vacu-flush head system installed in both head compartments. Complete set of log books; complete library of what is on board the boat with how-to and general information. Manual fire extinguishers.

NOTE: Mechanical maintenance and upgrades throughout the past several years have included new drive shafts and cutlass bearings, installation of drip-less shaft couplings, tuned props; new fuel manifold system; new bilge alarm & temp gauges; valves & sight glass on water tanks; strainers; injectors; new risers on both engines, new gen-set group 27 battery and house batteries, new belts and hoses, new raw water pumps, new impellers, new windlass breaker and control system (deck and both helms), rebuilt both transmissions in 2008, etc. The bottom was completely stripped to bare wood, resealed in 2001 and repainted in 2010.
