What a great working galley!  If you enjoy cooking or wish to entertain guest this is a great galley.  She features a 4 electic stove top and an convection microwave, full size refrigerator that is new in the past few years.  The double sink with lots of counter space makes her ideal.  There is lots of large window for light and of course it is all airconditioned.

Lazy Bones is a good name for her, as the aft cabin has lots of room.  Turely walk around queen bed, a full walk of cedar colsets, lots of port lights, full master bath, a settee to sit and relax, perhaps read before retiring. For a 44 footer this aft cabin is a good as it gets.  People have said you don't get this kind of living space on anything else until you get well over 50 feet.

Forward is a large double stateroom with it's own large private bath and guest closets.

The full size door walk in engine room is a wonderful treat.  The engines are clean reflecting good maintanance and care.  She's had all her service work, the motor run smooth as does the gen set.  The floors are spot on clean. The Gulfstar shows that she's been owned by a carring team given the manner she's been cared for.

 Fuel burn rate: 6-8.5 kts 1400 RPM 4.5 gal. per hour with generator running. Fuel tank cleaned and fuel polished, with all filters changed. 3/2012

17 kts top speed at 2400 RPM 18 gal per hour.  She runs smooth at 1400 and 8.6 kts. think about range of 800-1000 miles plus.

Filters and oil changed on schedule and oil Analsys done each time.  Tested showed no issues.
