2005 Schock Harbor 20 w/Trailer Celebrating 51 years of boat-building excellence, the Schock heritage continues with the Harbor 20. Designed to accommodate up to eight in comfort, the Harbor 20 offers exceptional comfort, stability and performance. Her large cockpit was configured to allow all aboard to enjoy the days sail without having to duck the boom during tacks or gybes. Abundant ballast is provided by her torpedo shaped bulb keel which allows her to be sailed in a building breeze without the need for anyone to sit on the rail. This means the entire day's sail can be enjoyed from the comfort and safety of the cockpit. In addition, all halyards and lines are led below the deck to Harken hardware, all beautifully situated on a shelf at the aft edge of the cuddy cabin. "This sensible design keeps the deck clean, simplifies sail control, and allows sailing to become second nature". This particular Harbor 20 was ordered with just about every factory option available including a sparkling clean, "never been dunked" custom Pacific trailer. ♦ Main sail Lazy Jacks ♦ Main sail cover ♦ Cockpit seat cushions ♦ Two batteries ♦ Shore Power battery charger ♦ (2010) 40W solar photovoltaic panels and charge controllers to charge batteries ♦ (2010) 4 HP, 4 stroke Yamaha long shaft outboard motor w/ motor mount (2 hours use) ♦ (2010) Added UV protection strip added to jib and main by professional sail-maker ♦ (2010) Petit bottom paint ♦ (2010) New electric motor on/off switch and motor circuit breaker ♦ (2010) New accessories breaker box ♦ (2010) New deep cycle battery ♦ (2010) Depth finder ♦ (2010) Boarding ladder ♦ (2010) Anchor and rode ♦ (2011) Custom boat cover ♦ (2012) New bilge pump and wiring Highly recommended to those looking for an exceptional, high quality performance daysailor. |
