“Quality that lasts” is the founding philosophy of Harris FloteBote. Founded in 1957 as Harris Manufacturing by brothers Ernie and Pete Harris, the company produced the world’s first pontoon boats to be manufactured on an assembly line. Others firsts would follow, including the adoption of roto-molded furniture bases, now an industry standard, along with aluminum transoms and interlocking deck systems. Today, Harris FloteBote offers models aimed at all price points, and is heralded for their performance pontoon configurations, which give a pontoon boat aggressive handling rivaling fiberglass V-hulls.

The Grand Mariner Series is celebrated for its myriad options for personalization, and this is apparent when you see the Grand Mariner SL 230. Like its sisters, the 230 and SEL 230, this solid performer provides the reliable, smooth handling and multiple power choices you expect with a watersports pontoon, but this also is a luxury pontoon, with plenty of space and elegant appointments for cruising and entertaining. The SL floor plan provides two lavish bow lounges, amidships lounge, Ultra Lux high-back reclining helm seat and single rear-facing lounge with flip-top backrest. In contrast, the DL floor plan has two rear-facing lounges with stereo remotes, offering centerline access to the large swim deck rather than starboard access. Furthermore, you can replace the bow lounges with two Ultra Lux seats and a flip-up table. The SL 230 boasts plush, thick-foam cushions with soft-touch vinyl, six-speaker Polk stereo, wood-grain table and large Bimini, and you also can select upscale stereo and speaker upgrades, fishing electronics, performance packages and watersports amenities. When you’re done, this pontoon will truly be your own.
