Description/Condition

MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION!!!!!!! BEST PRICED 70' ON THE MARKET!!!!! In 2005 and 2006 TNT underwent a complete refit. Every system on the boat was serviced. Complete new electronics package at the upper and lower helm. Complete new interior. The engines were overhauled including main bearings. Complete Awl grip paint job. Master Suite

The MASTER SUITE aft, paneled in light ash and is furnished in shades of ice blue and cream. Features a king berth flanked by built-in night stands and built-in bureaus of six large drawers each, port and starboard. Opening picture window (escape hatch) aft, four opening ports with blinds. The valance is upholstered in ice blue ultra suede. The headboard, bed cover and shams are of outline quilted Scalamandre silk with custom cording. There are three down accent pillows with custom cording. There is a recessed flat screen TV, carbon monoxide alarm, CD/cassette player. The adjacent master bath features a Jacuzzi tub/shower, sink with custom fixtures, generous counter and ample storage. The bed linens are custom Italian sheeting with tailored ice blue embroidery trim.

The DRESSING ROOM is very large, adjacent to bath and bedroom and equipped with extensive counter space, eight drawers, four storage cabinets, large cedar lined closet with safe and vanity with theatrical lighting and mirrored wall. There is a fully upholstered dressing table bench in an ice blue and cream geometric fabric.

Formal Dinning

FORMAL DINING is to port in the salon. There is a round beveled glass top dining table with brass hardware over a travertine pedestal base. There are four new McGuire rattan dining arm chairs upholstered in an aqua sea and cream cored patterned fabric. The new over table lighting is recessed and directional on dimmers. The table may be dressed with celadon crackle glazed porcelain dinnerware, tailored Italian placemats, napkins and cocktail napkins with custom tailored aqua sea embroidered trim. The adjacent bar has a lift up off-white corian countertop. There is a new icemaker, bar sink, and ample liquor storage. On the bar is a celedon porcelain vase made into a lamp with a Lucite base and silk shade.



Engine Rooms

ENGINE ROOMS each are accessible by two doors and large removable wall panel off the central passage way. Generators are accessed via a hatch below the area of the second guest cabin. Contained within the engine room is equipment for air conditioning, fire control, oil changing, trim tabs, stabilizers, bow thruster, blowers, fuel filters, fuel management system, synchronizers, alarms, pumps, watermaker, etc. Access is excellent for checking engines. Full headroom in engine rooms. Engines are equipped with Air seps to maintain cleanliness. Hydraulic power take-off on port main engine for 40hp bow thruster new in 2003. NOTE: Both Detroit Diesels completed In-Frame overhauls in September 2005 including new main bearings, etc.

Main Salon

MAIN SALON is next forward, full width surrounded by large windows with wooden blinds and valance upholstered in ultra suede. The salon is attractively furnished in light shades of aqua sea and cream with touches of taupe. The two contemporary sofas are custom made, have down cushions and are upholstered in aqua sea chenille with custom accent pillows. There is an iron and beveled glass topped lamp and cocktail table. Each are in a custom premium antiqued painted finish. There are two Minto-Spidell lounge chairs in a premium light finish and the down cushions are upholstered in an Italian stripe. There is a contemporary round wooden lamp table in light finish and two pull up bamboo accent tables. There are two lamps made from old English iron urns with new antiqued finish. The headliner is new, typical Hatteras white vinyl. Entertainment equipment listed: 46" Toshiba Plasma TV w/ high quality surround sound system, sound system includes a tuner and DVD player.

Flybridge

FLYBRIDGE was specially widened and extended for maximum pleasure. Protected from sun and rain by two folding soft tops which run from the windshield to the hydraulically lowering radar arch and aft from the arch over all the extensive seating. Seating for the helmsperson and mate is in two comfortable Murray Brothers pedestal helm chairs new in 2002. Necessary equipment controls are right at hand. A custom built wet bar, refrigerator, icemaker and storage unit is aft of the helm and serves well as a serving counter. Cushioned seating for twelve surrounds a wide open carpeted area with two small corner drinks tables. Storage and two custom made freezers are concealed beneath the side seating.

 


Pilothouse

PILOTHOUSE, next forward, has sliding door access to both side decks and up to the flybridge via a special curved stainless steel stairway and down forward to the cabins and engine rooms. A centerline console helm is surrounded by a proper array of equipment for engines, communications, navigation, stabilization, side thrust, time and temperature, search lighting, horn alert, etc.

For comfort and utility, a raised bench helm seat, recently reupholstered in cream leather, contains slide out chart storage and cabinet storage. To port, a custom made cabinet with three roll out drawer shelves compliment the well planned equipment. the helm station console has also recently been upholstered in a cream leather.

 


Deck and Hull

BOAT DECK is next aft with chocked Nautica 14' hardbottom inflatable with a 50 hp Yamaha 4 stroke outboard motor, console steering, bow rail, back rest seating, etc. An electric davit is unobtrusively located for launching the tender.



Informal Dinning

INFORMAL DINING is at the very generous banquette to starboard opposit to the galley with seating for 6 around a clear Lucite table. Bright with slide opening window, cheerful decor and good lighting. Storage beneath seating.



Side and Foredecks

SIDE AND FOREDECKS are white non-skid protected by varnished teak hand rails, and stainless bow rail out over the anchor pulpit. Electric windlass, chain and automatic anchoring are controlled by foot switch and pilothouse switch. Washdown, dunnage boxes, telephone and cable TV are in lockers port and starboard.



Electrical System

Equipped to exist equally well a sea or dockside: two 50 amp120 volt AC shore connections with shore cables of 75' length on Glendenning electric retracting reels. Additional port and starboard 120 volt AX inlets for shore connections. Incoming electric protection is provided by isolation transformer. Two spare 50' 50 amp shore electric cables. Two 30' 50 amp splitters.

Two 20 kw Onan diesel electric generators serve at sea to provide electric power and back-up power for the ship's 120 and 240 VAC systems and 12 and 24 VDC systems. Lighting and equipment run on various voltages. DC systems are powered by the ship's batteries which are kept up by the two 50 amp Dyteck automatic battery chargers and by the alternator on the engines. Lighting is both 24 volt DC and 120 volt AC. Engines and generators start with 24 VDC. Batteries have parallel connection ability. Electric panels are located at the helm, engine room, lower companion way.



Galley

GALLEY is next forward to port. Spacious, bright, well equipped and sparkling clean. Side by side refrigerator/freezer built-in with cabinets above and all around. Ample counters with spill preventer lips. Lighting for floor, overhead and under cabinets. Large opening window, twin stainless sinks, plenty of drawers, cabinets and galley storage.

VIP Guest Stateroom

The VIP GUEST STATEROOM is forward of the engine rooms. Twin lower berths with storage drawers beneath, cabinets overhead and shared nightstand between. Closet, opening port, TV/VCR and reading lights. Private bath and shower adjacent. The fitted outline quilted bedcovers, shams and accent pillows are new and custom made.
