| Ray Hunt designed this very first Surfhunter for the rigors of Buzzards Bay, where southwest winds kick up short, steep seas that can challenge all but the most capable boats. Surfhunter 25 is that iconic solution, esteemed by fishermen and families alike. Surfhunter 25 delivers overnight accomodations, an assured, stable and dry ride, plus fingertip steering no matter which way seas are running. With her engine box located away from the transom, this layout offers better balance and provides a big, open and useful cockpit with an uncluttered stern area. Her clean lines define what this type of boat should look like and foster a pride far larger than 25 feet could otherwise inspire. The cuddy contains berths for two, space for the galley, marine toilet and stowage. It's a practical arrangement well matched to this model's mission: getting places at 38 knots (and faster still with optional power). | |||
