This Intership Yachts 1250, a Dutch Steel Motor Cruiser is for sale at a competitive price. Designed by Scheepswarf DE Stevens , it was built in Holland in 1993 and has been extremely well maintained and has just been antifouled.

This Intership 1250 has five berths in three cabins.  The forward cabin with its off-set double berth is light and airy and has storage space beneath the berth and to one side. The ensuite heads has an electric toilet with holding tank, sink unit with hot & cold water and a storage cupboard.

The galley area spans across the boat. To port is an Eno oven with grill and four burner hob, stainless steel sink with hot and cold water and lots of storage space both above and below.

On the starboard side is a large  L-shaped work surface with a large cupboard and drawer, washing machine and large fridge which can run on 12V, gas or 240v shorepower.

Two steps up from the galley area is a large spacious and light saloon with internal helm position which has full engine and navigation instrumentation.

The saloon area has a large bench settee with white leather upholstery which makes into a fifth berth. Removable table and lots of storage cupboards.  Large windows make this area light and airy with lots of ventilation.  Diesel cabin heating is provided to the galley, saloon and aft owners stateroom.

The saloon floor lifts to give easy access to a large engine bay. The engine bay has its own lights, automatic fire extinguisher and provides good access to the engine and the generator.

The owners stateroom has a full size island double berth, with plenty of access all the way around. Just forward of the berth on either side are large hanging lockers. This ensuite cabin has a separate heads to port with electric heads with holding tank and sink with hot and cold water. To starboard is a separate walk-in shower with hot and cold water and a sink.

The exterior of the vessel has a large open rear deck with double helm seat and easy safe access all the way around the boat.

This Intership 1250 has a single six cylinder Turbo Vetus/Cummins Diesel engine 210HP which is in superb condition located in the centre of the saloon. Engine has 1700hrs and was last serviced in May 2011 and has hardly been used since. The engine is coupled to a conventional shaft through an aquadrive unit. The engine is freshwater cooled via a heat exchanger. Single lever controls with electric start. Shaft drive to a 3 bladed bronze prop. 

The vessel has 2 fuel tanks with a total capacity of 140 gallons. The vessel will cruise at 8 knots and has a maximum speed of 15 knots.

The boat is fitted with 6kw bow thruster and 6KW stern thruster both with their own dedicated 12v 120Ah battery.

6 x 12v 120Ah batteries (2 domestic, 2 engine new 2004 and 2 bow/stern thruster batteries new 2006) charging from alternator 240v battery charger and via diesel generator.

The boat has a 4 KW Kohler diesel generator with approx 100hrs which was last serviced in may 2011

Hard chine displacement hull with raked stern.

This Intership Yachts 1250 built in 1993 has a hard chine displacement hull with raked stem with medium V underwater sections flattening at the stern with a raked stern.  The entire hull, deck and superstructure are constructed of welded steel.

The vessel has been in the ownership of the current owner since 2002 and has maintained to a very high level adding a number of additional items including generator and diesel cabin heating.

He has also had the hull regularly professionally inspected and maintained the last time being May 2011.

A copy of his pre-purchase survey completed in 2002 is available upon request.
