Hull and superstructure molds from high-grade female tooling. Hull construction includes use of USA-made UV inhibitor Cooks gel-coat, hand-laid fiberglass construction with closed-cell PVC sandwich core used in topsides. Solid fiberglass below water with blister-resistant vinylester resin utilized in first two laminates below the waterline and strategic reinforced areas with use of Aramid fiber materials.  Superstructure includes end-grain balsa core and surface mats for print-through reduction. Marine-grade plywood bulkheads with molded hat section stringers. Interior finished with handcrafted solid teak and veneers.

In the saloon there is an L-shaped settee on the starboard side with the optional window installed in the aft bulkhead. Arcoss from the settee is a custom built hanging locker. On the Port side with two easy chairs. Teak parquet floor throughout.
