689887 - Coast Guard inspected May 2012--EXCELLENT rating! Located at Pete's Harbor with a LIVE ABOARD slip, U.S. Coast Guard documented vessel. Three cabin, two head layout. Sleeps 10 (v-berth double, stateroom double, two settees extend to doubles, and queen aft master stateroom). There is 6'5" headroom throughout the vessel (6'8" in the salon). Chain locker/storage forward (accessible from on deck). Just aft is the enclosed V-berth with double to port, storage below, lockers to starboard, and dressing seat. Large Lewmar hatch overhead. Aft to port is a stateroom with double berth, drawers, and deep storage underneath, shelves, and hanging locker. To starboard is the forward head with vanity area, stainless sink, mirror, shelves, locker, and 3 drawers, plus a separate stall w/toilet and shower. To aft is the salon with settees port and starboard, folding leaf table with cabinets in the center. Fiddled storage behind the settees. Aft to starboard is navigation station, and aft to port is the galley, also a walkthrough to the main cabin. Aft cabin has queen size centerline walk around pedestal bed, hanging lockers to port and starboard, and bulk storage lockers (which also contain the battery banks). Also, another Lewmar hatch. Expansive shelf areas, 4 drawers for each side of the bed and 2 transom ports. Forward to starboard from aft cabin is aft head with vanity area, stainless steel sink, mirror, large locker, 3 drawers, and toilet/shower stall separated by a folding wood/glass door. Hot and cold pressure water in galley and both heads. High seas diesel heater in salon. Trawler lamp, 110 volt and 12 volt lighting in salon. 23 opening ports, 2 topside fixed ports, 2 large Lewmar hatches, 2 dorade vents, and companionway hatch. Sunbrella curtains throughout. Both heads replaced: Groco Model KH. Manual pumped heads, but boat is wired for electric pumps. Macerator replaced. Balsa core fiberglass sandwich hull. Marine ply core in stress areas, under deck fittings and mast, around engine compartment and cockpit. Modified fin keel, spade rudder. Vessel hauled, bottom stripped, dried, 80 small osmotic blisters filled/faired, epoxy barrier coated, and painted. Bottom has been cleaned and zincs changed on regular basis by professional diver. Diver reports bottom paint in fair condition at this time. Too many options to list.
