Description/Condition

A fine example of the LOCHIN 40 with Flybridge.  This vessel is fully Coded to MCA Cat.2 and has a business which can also be purchased.  Currently used for charter diving, sight-seeing and other similar activities.  The combination of a spacious interior with potentially seven berths and a large working deck gives significant flexibility to the operator. The established business - with web-site and on-going bookings - is also available by negotiation.  Lochin is one of the most respected names in the offshore world.  This craft is a prime example with a proven track record and still in original ownership.

Owner's & Brokers Remarks

BROKER:    "Inspected by the Broker (March 2012).  A well thought-out layout making the best use of the Lochin 40's generous volume and completed to the owner's specific requirements.  The obvious commercial viability of this craft with her single economic engine package and offshore capability for which she is commercially endorsed, speaks for itself.  She could equally make an interesting private cruiser. Don't forget - there is a business available as well!"

OWNER:     "'My main purpose of the craft has been the operation of charter diving and angling business along the South Coast of England, as well as cross-channel passages.   Am willing to consider sale of business with the vessel, subject to negotiation and in addition to the agreed purchase price of the vessel. '
