BROKER: "Inspected by the Broker (March 2012). A well thought-out layout making the best use of the Lochin 40's generous volume and completed to the owner's specific requirements. The obvious commercial viability of this craft with her single economic engine package and offshore capability for which she is commercially endorsed, speaks for itself. She could equally make an interesting private cruiser. Don't forget - there is a business available as well!" OWNER: "'My main purpose of the craft has been the operation of charter diving and angling business along the South Coast of England, as well as cross-channel passages. Am willing to consider sale of business with the vessel, subject to negotiation and in addition to the agreed purchase price of the vessel. ' |
