We took our tried and true 34 Trawler and Pilot 34, listened to your feedback, and developed a completely new and improved interior layout. The result? The brand new 395 Trawler! We know many Mainship customers are cruising couples, and you told us that you wanted a medium size trawler that had a second stateroom and a galley up design.
Entering the 395 Trawler saloon, many enhancements will be very evident. First, the fully-outfitted galley is located in the aft port corner of the saloon. This location results from the new raised dinette area just forward, which provides stand-up headroom in the guest stateroom below. The galley, which features a 2 burner electric stove, microwave, AC/DC Refrigerator/freezer and Corian® countertops, features an expansive window view as well. Forward, the raised dinette has a wonderful view. A sofa that converts to a double berth, completes the saloon aft to starboard, and the lower helm lies just forward of this area. The companionway leads below to the new portside guest stateroom. This cabin features walk-in headroom at the foot of the berth and hanging locker area. In addition, the pillow end of the bed sports two and a half feet of headroom. This layout will work well for couples, families or charter boat companies as the second stateroom provides not only extra accommodations, but excellent additional storage area. The cruising range of the Mainship Trawler line is outstanding, and the 395 will be no exception.

Entering the 395 Trawler salon, the rich look of cherry hardwood flooring and cabinets will wow you, and so will the living space. You can choose from a seven foot sofa or two lounge chairs to starboard and a raised portside dinette for dining and viewing the water while underway. The galley is complete with glass top stove and convection microwave oven, two drawer refrigerator/freezer unit, sink and storage, all surrounded by large windows to make you feel part of the great outdoor experience you are there for. A standard lower helm station with companionway door makes it easy to dock the boat single handed or with your mate. The companionway leads below to a forward master stateroom, portside guest stateroom, and head with separate shower compartment. The master has a centerline queen berth with inner spring mattress and the guest has a double bed that is seven feet long to stretch out in. The cabins can be ordered with cherry hardwood flooring, provide ample changing room and hanging lockers. This layout will work well for couples, families or charter boat companies as the second stateroom provides not only extra accommodations, but excellent storage as well.
