Description/Condition

A fast, easily handled, family performance cruiser, the Maxi 1100, offers superb comfort together with good sea keeping abilities having a lead fin keel. All lines are led aft to a T-shaped cockpit with wheel steering. This has been Maxi's most popular cruiser/racer, it gives superb sailing for the family with 6-7 berths, with comfortable accommodation finished to a very high standard. This model has the shallow draft keel option which increases the sailing area.

Built November 2003, commissioned and launched in 2004.

Comments

This one owner boat has been sailed in and around Southern UK area, purely for family cruising. Misty Blue is a really beautiful boat and has been well maintained by its current owner. The seacocks were replaced in 2012 and the saildrive engine seal also.
