This McQueen is very special. It has been pampered, tastefully decorated, and updated by a very knowledgable family. The pampering starts with an open check book and includes keeping it stored in fresh water inside a private 2005 100' boat house (also available). The very comfortable interior is great for family cruising and casual entertaining. The updates are too numerous to list and will ensure the next proud owner will have many enjoyable cruising seasons. October 2012 - - haul-out, new bottom paint, and hull survey. The layout features (4) staterooms including a fully private master stateroom aft, walk-in engine room, enormous single level salon, and a gourmet galley unlike any other. A personal inspection is highly recommended - - for the boat and the boathouse.! |
