The spacious pilothouse on "Sugar" has doors to the side decks and also an interior access to the flybridge. Aft is a large settee which has storage areas below. Forward there is a spiral staircase leading down the the guest staterooms and going aft leads to the salon and galley area. Additional equipment and features of the pilothouse include:

Aft of the pilothouse on the portside is the galley.  This is a good size, U-shaped area with many recent updates and features.  Items include:

A wonderful feature on this boat is the dayhead.  This is located across from the galley  to the starboard side.  There is a sink basin with a mirror and storage areas plus a MSD. 

Further aft is the salon  which enjoys the full beam of the boat.  This space is perfect for the owners to lounge or to entertain guests. Port & stbd are wing doors that lead to the side decks and aft are double sliding doors that open to the outside aft deck area. Additional features of the salon are:

The engineroom is accessed on this level just outside the master stateroom door near the staircase.

The three guest staterooms on "Sugar" are accessed from a staircase in the pilothouse.

• Once down below, the forward stateroom has a centerline berth and a private entrance to a full head which includes a bathtub. This stateroom also has a Philips LCD TV, a hanging locker space, access to the forward anchor locker and a hatch overhead.
• Heading aft in the passageway splits into a port and a starboard guest stateroom which share a full head acros the aft end.  The port stateroom has an oversize double berth, a hanging locker and a desk area. 
• The starboard stateroom has a large U-shaped settee area which can be made into a large berth with a filler piece. Additionally there is a desk/vanity area and a hanging locker.  If used as a settee area this is a great private space which can be used as a lower salon/TV area for the other two guest staterooms.

The foredeck and side decks are teak covered and appear to be in great condition. The Portuguese bridge has storage areas on the aft side which is handy for cleaning items and deck gear. The sidedecks go aft past the pilothouse doors and further back to the wing doors at the widebody area of the salon.

The aft deck area is accessed from the salon via two large doors.  This is a wonderful space for outdoor dining or entertaining. It also allows for easy line handling. Additional items include:

The flybridge and boatdeck can be accessed from the pilothouse or the aftdeck.  This deck is also teak covered and appears to be in great condition.  The flybridge has a centerline wheel with twin pedestal helm seats and a large L-shaped settee aft with a table. Outboard on each side of the helm are custom, DC powered electronics pods which raise for use or close flush for protection.
