| SEA LA VIE represents the finest quality 84' Monte Fino currently on the market. Her five stateroom layout features high gloss cherry, birdseye maple and anigre with burle wood accents inlays. exquisite attention to every detail and no expenses spared as the yacht includes many upgrades and options not found on vessels of similar size. Beginning on the main deck, an oversized aft deck features an open seating arrangement with an aft bench and two cocktail tables on high/low lifts that combines dining for eight. A curved wet bar is to port forward with a stainless steel sink and refrigerator/ice maker. From the aft deck port and starboard you access the wide, well lite walk-around teak side decks which extend forward to the bow which has a bench seat and sun pads. Also from the aft deck is the entrance to the main salon via stainless steel and glass doors where you will get your first peek at the exquisite custom interior and tasteful appointments. In the main salon to port aft are a curved settee and custom shaped glass and wood based cocktail table. Forward on the port side is the dinning area with a built in banquette custom glass dinning table and seating for six. To starboard aft is the custom entertainment center with DVD, CD changer, and Satellite receiver. Moving forward on the starboard side are the private stairs to the master suite, another custom curved settee and the TV on a high low lift. The salon is tastefully decorated with cherry wood, light upholstered padded panels and cream carpeting. The country kitchen is forward of the main salon and features large windows with a view to port, starboard and forward. The décor is tasteful with white lacquer cabinets with Birdseye maple wood accents. Forward is the U-shaped dinette for six with a custom wood and glass table. The U-shaped galley is aft with granite countertops, Amtico flooring, and a breakfast bar with three fixed barstools. The galley also features: GE stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, GE stainless oven and cook top, GE dishwasher, and GE stainless microwave. To port is a walk in pantry with another GE refrigerator/freezer. Also to port is the day head with a marble vanity, headhunter superbowl head and marble flooring. Stepping to the starboard side of the country kitchen is the stairway to the guest accommodations. Forward is the first of two VIP staterooms. This forward VIP stateroom features a high gloss cherry interior, beveled mirror headboard, custom queen berth with ample storage below and a large closet to port. On the starboard side of the stateroom is a curved door into the en-suite head with marble countertops, flooring and shower seating. The head is also finished in high gloss cherry. Moving to the aft port is the port guest stateroom. This stateroom features high gloss cherry interior, upper and lower berths, entertainment center with TV/VCR, and ensuite head. This head features a Headhunter superbowl, marble vanity, flooring and shower seat. Aft further still is the Port VIP cabin. This spacious stateroom features a large double berth with custom bed spread and window treatments, a lift up vanity with light and mirror. The décor is high gloss cherry with upholstered paneling. The ensuite head has marble flooring, marble counters, and a shower with seat. The Starboard aft guest cabin has double twin berths that slide together to make a queen sized berths. This stateroom also features a Pullman berth, so it is perfect for couple or for the children. The ensuite head has marble flooring, marble counters, and large with seat. Access to the Master Stateroom is from the main salon. This stateroom has a full beam layout maximizing the size of the vessel. The king size berth is aft and features large picture windows above the headboard. Overhead is a mirrored backlit soffit.
