UPDATE Aug 14 2014

. June 10th 2014  Haul out , power washed. Inspected hull and found no blistering or evidence of damage.  photos available on request. Also changed zincs and replaced one thru-hull as a preventative measure.

This yacht is turn-key ready.   Picture yourself at anchorage in Desolation Sound or beyond !!

This is a fine example of the quality and workmanship of a Nelson/Merrick Design.

44' Morgan Center Cockpit Sloop was built in Florida and immediately shipped to Seattle and subsequently to Canadian Waters.  Therefore, no prolonged exposure to the scorching Florida sun.

Morgans are rare in the Pacific Northwest and are therefore highly sought after.

A perfect cruiser or live-a-board that is Blue Water capable.

Don't miss out on the extraordinary yacht.
