The Swan 75 RS has a deckhouse with a guest cockpit aft, and stainless steel coaming rails to create comfortable seating. The steering positions are aft of the guest cockpit. Also on 75 RS the primary and secondary winches are on the coamings, forward of the steerings wheels, and two utility winches at the mast. The mainsheet is controlled via a dedicated mainsheet winch, mounted on a composite pod situated centrally, just forward of the twin steering wheels. This is the "power house" of the boat and the result is the simplest possible adjustment system, giving possibility to be able to see the whole system above deck. All winches are electric self tailers on both the RS and the FD and so is also teak deck and the Nautor flush hatches. The RS version offers more space and light in the main saloon, and the opportunity to enjoy the scenery from inside the yacht, without having to venture outside in colder climates. Owners wishing to cruise the yacht in predominantly warmer climbs, such as the Mediterranean or Carribean, may prefer the Flash Deck version.
Thanks to her generous-sized sail plan, she is capable if impressive performance even in the lightest breezes and thus she is destined to perform well in regattas, should her owner wish to race her.
