Description/Condition

Nautor Swan 57 - Just reduced from $895,000 and custom built for her original/previous owner, this"Bentley" of yachts is seriously on the market. She has done a world circumnavigation and is easily sailed singled handed with her automated winch systems. Powered by a Perkins 135hp 6 cylinder diesel (in excellent condition) and Max Power Retractable Bow Thruster. She sleeps 6 in 3 cabins, the master cabin has an island bed, and guest cabins are doubles. This vessel is maintained in magnificent condition.

Anti-foul is International Micron 66. She has never been charted or raced, just privately used. She is Australian Registered, but VAT has not been paid in Europe. Ready for extended cruising and easily sailed solo, this is an exceptionally well maintained vessel with a detailed log book.




Engines

Perkins Sabre M135 6 cylinder marine diesel, 135hp, Hurth 450A2-2.5:1 reduction hydraulic reverse gear. Freshwater cooling with heat exchanger. A separate heat exchanger for the consumable freshwater is included in the same circuit making hot water available whenever the engine is running. Strainer on cooling water intake, engine discharge through wet exhaust system. Valve to enable engine to be used as an emergency bilge pump. Emergency engine stop. Underwater exhaust, Propeller shaft: high tensile corrosion resistant steel with flexible shaft coupling, water lubricated bearings in strut and stern tube, drip less PSS stern shaft seal. Pin propeller locking system. Bowthruster: Maxpower R208/1 hydraulic retractable into hull. Max-Prop 3 bladed feathering propeller, diameter 25 inch, external greasing access. All fuel tanks are filled via a single deck port with separate filler lines shut off valves and electric level gauges on cockpit binnacle.
Alarm for high water level in fuel water separators.
Engine, generator and gear box oil removal 24vlt DC pumps. 3x Separ fuel separators, two for engine with switching valve. Electric fuel pump to assist with engine bleeding. Micro commander 585CE engine controls for throttle and gears in cockpit



Accommodations

3 cabin layout sleeping six persons. Furniture was specially designed by owner, with specially chosen teak of the highest quality. All sole floors are teak and are lockable. All hanging lockers, the fridge and some side lockers have LED lighting that automatically turn on when doors are opened. Bookshelves have removable fiddles.
