1981 Newport 41 "Ten".  This bot was built by the owner of Capital Yachts as his own personal boat.  Great effort was made to make her special: refined rudder, deeper keel, slightly more powerful rig etc. etc.  Upon his passing she sat on a trailer at his old boat factory / boatyard.  The widow is now selling her.  She needs work but has great components; good sails and rig.  She is a project boat but will give someone a chance to relaunch a very special boat.
