BROKER?S COMMENTS

The 40 is quite a remarkable boat, apart from offering a huge amount of space with excellent interior design and the feel of a ‘little ship’, the 40 has also made the record books as being the smallest production power boat to circumnavigate in 26 weeks. You can read more about this epic voyage by visiting our website: www.nordhavn.com

A quick note about the mark 2 version; production of the Nordhavn 40 was moved from Southern California to South Coast Marine, China. South Coast’s first hull was 45, this was the start of the Nordhavn mark 2.

Open Time is hull 65 with the larger 165 horse power Lugger 1066T2. The owner who is an airline pilot and therefore has been meticulous in his detailed maintenance, record keeping and care of open Time. As mentioned she is tax paid and offers great value for such a young 40.
