L’Adagio is Hull #10 of the 76 line. Hugely capable and majestic aft pilothouse configuration, she has transoceanic range and offers her new owner the versatility to be an owner operated vessel or if required L’Adagio has current pilothouse accommodation for crew and also potential for further / other crew accommodation.

The interior is beautiful teak with a very attracted quarter sawn teak inlay to cabinets and drawer faces with a satin varnish finish giving a classical and elegant ambience throughout the boat.

L’Adagio is a twin engine configuration, two gensets, full hydraulics systems, 25KVA Atlas system allowing her to operate in any corner of the world, walkway to both portside as well as the standard starboard side and has teak decks to the cockpit, side, pilothouse and flybridge decks. She is being sold with full inventory of spares parts, equipment, tenders etc.

L’Adagio has cruised Alask­a and the West Coast of the US, transited the Panama Canal, cruised the Caribbean and then shipped last September to her home port of Malta, this season she has just returned from two months cruising of the Eastern Mediterranean.  L’Adagio comes onto the market as her owners have completed their planned four years of cruising.

Pilothouse Head
Access via the pilothouse or the captains / guest cabin. Sink with cabinets above and below, vacuflush head and separate walk in shower,

From the stern:

Larger teak covered swim platform with folding cleat, deployable swim ladder and four large stainless steel safety guards (staples).  Glendenning shore power retrieval locker, larger central hawse pipe. Stairs both port and starboard to large cockpit.

Teak  covered cockpit with two access hatched to the Lazerette, Varnished teak cap rail to the transom, built in seating with removable teak expanding table and further teak seating. All seating is covered with attractive blue and white fabric. The cockpit has dining capability for 10.

To the starboard side is one of six control stations enabling easy and excellent visibility for alongside docking and or Mediterranean mooring.
Large electric BBQ with work surface and cupboards under, granite chopping block and sink with mixer taps.
Electric windlasses each side with foot switches used for warping work.
Locker with compressed air nozzle, fresh water and salt water tapes.
Walk way to port has boarding door and leads to large storage cupboard, ideal for wet suites etc.

Walk way to starboard has boarding door and single door access to the inner lobby by the main electrical control board. The walk way continues to the foredeck via 6 steps.

Foredeck with large tender: Caribe 4.6 M / 15 foot with 60 hp tender to port with removable mounts and a further small tender, deck mounted to port. Large Marquip davit 2500 lbs /telescopic system.

A fiberglass storage box is located under the boom of the davit for storage and also supplies compressed air spigot and fresh water and sea water taps.

Large deck lockers port and starboard.

Port and starboard chain lockers for the twin Maxwell 4500 hydraulic windlasses with two 135 kg anchor.

Steps from foredeck to the Portuguese bridge with a beautifully engineered pantograph hinged door. The Portuguese bridge and aft pilothouse deck is teak decked. Storage lockers and tender fuel tank access. Port and starboard Portuguese bridge controls. Access down both sides of the pilothouse with boarding gates to each side to allow access if berthed alongside jetty or high berth. The area behind the pilothouse opens to a lovely aft deck which is completely covered by the flybridge aft deck with attractive custom sofa and seating with low level table. Located on this deck in each aft corner are two Switlik 6 man life rafts (full Solas compliant).

Port and starboard side are ‘flopper stopper’ poles with associated rigs.

Flybridge
Access by the stairs from the Pilothouse. Protected from the sun by a fiberglass hard top, the flybridge is the second control center for the boat with 360 degree visibility from the two Stidd helm chairs with many of the main instruments and control systems repeated from the Pilothouse to the well laid out panels on the flybridge.  Behind the helm chairs off set to starboard is further seating with teak topped table, BBQ / grill with work tops, sink, and fridge. Behind the stack system is a continuation of the flybridge deck which is open and a further area to relax and enjoy the sunsets

Approached via a stair well from the saloon, the Pilothouse is a light open space with great 360 degree visibility with two Stidd helm chairs face the well laid out ships navigational instruments and central control station. 

Comfortable seating behind the helm chairs with teak table. A very comprehensive instrument package with all the major systems being duplicated for safety.

Currently being used as a utility room with Miele washer and dryer, Sub Zero below counter fridge / freezer, microwave, sink with mixer taps, granite tops, storage cabinets above.

To turn this area into a crew cabin could be achieved with minimal work.

Workshop
Located just forward of the engine room, fully fitted with stainless steelwork tops and vice. Cabinets above storing fittings, large inventory of spare parts, associated equipment and all relevant manuals for the engine room. Below is a Snap-on tools box with every conceivable tool.

Saloon
Lovely open space with free standing extending dining room table to port (seating for 6 people) and custom, very comfortable fabric covered large sofa to starboard. Elegant custom wall lighting throughout the Saloon which match the lamps on the cabinet tops,

Forward of the dining table on the portside is plenty of shelving for books and also a display cabinet for glasses etc.

To port is a large 42” plasma TV on a lift system which can be comfortably watched from the starboard sofa or stand alone arm chairs. On the starboard aft corner of the saloon is a cabinet housing the custom Sonos controlled Yamaha digital surround sound music and Denon DVD entertainment system control centre supplying different entertainment around the boat.

The larger windows in the saloon have custom Hunter Douglas blinds, known as Silolite blinds.

The main Electrical control panel is located between the saloon and galley in a small lobby with door to starboard.

Galley
Very well appointed Galley with Miele electric oven and hob with Miele extractor over, further Miele microwave and oven, Miele full size dishwasher, Sub Zero large fridge with 2 freezer drawers below and 2 further freezer drawers with ice maker. All Sub Zero units have teak facing. Trash compactor. Double sink with mixer tapes, garbage disposal, UV sterilized, carbon filtered drinking water tap, soap dispenser,

On the left upon entering the galley there is a large walk in pantry with shelving, ideal for storage.

Day Head
Sink with mixer taps, mirror fronted cabinets above. Ports light to port. Vacu-flush head.

Master Cabin
Light and spacious cabin with larger rectangular ports to both port and starboard fitted with the custom two style blinds for night and privacy day blind. King sized bed with custom tempurpedic mattress, vanity unit to starboard and opposite the bed against the forward bulkhead is a TV lift with 32” plasma.

The cabin is carpeted through out. Numerous cupboards, drawers and hanging lockers.

Master Head
Double sink with mixer taps with mirror fronted cabinets above and storage cabinet below. Large bath with mixer tapes and Jacuzzi. Separate large walk-in shower with seating and storage cupboard. Vaccu-flush head.

L’Adagio is fully European tax paid.  It is important to note that it has become increasing more difficult and will continue to be more difficult for vessels that do not have European tax paid status to operate in Europe without inherently attracting attention from the authorities. Therefore L’Adagio represents outstanding value and a very safe and secure financial purchase.
