ANNIE B is a Nordic Tug pilot house trawler, designed by Lynn Senour and built in the Pacific Northwest by Nordic Tugs, Inc. Two people can cruise with comfort with all the amenities of a sea-going home. The reliable Cummins 220 hp diesel engine consumes on average 2 3/4 gph at cruising speeds of 8-10 kts.

You will enjoy 360 degrees of visibility from the helm with pilot doors port and starboard and a bow thruster to assist getting in and out of those tight spots.ANNIE B has been fastidiously maintained and comes with complete and up to date service, repair, maintenance and fuel logs.  She is exceptionally equipped, stored inside our heated building and near the most desirable cruising areas in the Northeast, the gateway to Downeast Maine and the Maritimes!

Accommodations/Galley/Head
  • The forward stateroom has a large vee berth with an insert, 4" foam mattress. There is an anchor locker forward with a teak door and 3 drawers underneath the starboard berth. There are 2 custom doors on the port side with a custom shelf inside the cabinet. The hanging vented locker has an automatic light, a laminated top and 2 shelves. With the 3 12v reading lights there is a 110v AC outlet. The Heatercraft forced air heat system is from the engine fresh-water coolant system. The large cabinet to port at the stairway has 2 shelves and a raised floor for chart storage. The 8" round opening port has a screen. The reverse cycle Ocean Air air conditioner has 10,000 BTUs. The settee converts to a double bed with storage underneath; also storage outboard of back cushion for paddles, etc. 2 stereo Poly Planar speakers are in the salon.
  • The head area consists of Jabsco fresh-water Quiet Flush head with a macerator, an oval stainless steel sink with faucet, a vinyl floor, a mirror, a vanity with laminated top, a teak cabinet behind the sink with sliding doors and shelf. There is a cabinet below with a teak door and shelf. The shower is separate and consists of a fiberglass nonskid shower with a drain pump, bench and curtain track and bath mat. There is a shower curtain, a teak toilet paper holder, 2 towel racks.The 2 12v overhead dome lights go along with the 110v AC GFI outlet. The Heatercraft forced air heat is from the fresh water coolant engine system. The door has a gate latch to hold the door ajar and there is a magnet at the base of the door to hold the door wide open. Tank watch waste tank monitoring system, Sealand holding tank macerator pump in lazarette.
  • The galley has a custom teak table that is 36" x 32" with fold-over top, corner teak dish cabinet over sink, deep stainless steel sink with hot/cold pressure water, soap dispenser, filtered drinking water with separate faucet at sink, teak paper towel holder, Hillerange Model #2372 2-burner propane stove with oven and broiler with a teak drawer under, teak cabinets. There is a CCI LP Gas Leak Detector #7719 with valve control, side-by-side NovaKook refrigerator/freezer, Ocean Air 16,000 BTU air conditioner with a reverse cycle. Pleated shades are on the windows with magnetic tie-downs, curtain and screen for aft door, and a mounted fire extinguisher. Teak magazine holder.
  • All except the head has carpeting. The foam-backed vinyl overhead with teak battens is in the pilot house and salon. The foam-backed vinyl overhead and bulkheads are in the forward stateroom. There is teak paneling in the pilot house, teak interior passageway doors, teak-faced drawers, teak doors, and teak sea rails on the laminated counter tops.


Hull and Deck
  • The hull is flag blue with colonial ivory inset and boot. The paint is Green Micron CSC anti-fouling paint. There are UV protected PVC guards on the hull, anchor and sheer. The engine room has 4 fiberglass vents and the bilge pumps consist of a 2000 and 3700 gph and auto/manual. Anti-corrosion bonding system to zinc plate.
  • The deck consists of molded non-skid on all walking areas, molded-in deck box in aft cockpit with vents and drain, cockpit drains, locking lazarette hatch with spring lifts, removable aft-cockpit table, aft-cockpit hot/cold fresh water shower, swim platform, full beam, with Weaver removable Snap Davits. and a 3 step swim ladder underneath.
  • The stern has a flag holder, the bow rail has a burgee holder. There is a stack with a radar reflector. The 16" x 16" Bomar hatch with screen is in the forward stateroom and in the pilothouse. The horizontal porpane tank has a regulator and a shut-off valve in the aft locker.The 3 doors and the 16 windows are all Diamond SeaGlaze and 5 of the window are opening with screens. 3 8" round opening ports with screens. The front windows are covered with ivory color-matched Sunbrella canvas. The aft bimini has drop shade attachments and there is a salon deck bimini. The lifting crane on the salon deck is St. Croix.
  • The stainless steel items are: mooring bit, deck pipe at bow, bow and stern rails, 8 10" cleats, hand rails, sundeck rail package with ladder, fuel/water/waste deck plates. There is a Lofrans Progress 1 windlass, a Simpson-Lawrence Delta anchor roller, a 35 lb. Delta, anchor, a chain that is 100' 5/16 HT a 200' 5/8 3 strand New England Ropes nylon rode, a Fortress with 53' chain and a 200' 5/8 nylon. Sea water washdown with hose/nozzle at bow and Blaster pump with Groco strainer. The mast is a custon Edson with radar mount, VHF hailer/foghorn, and anchor light.


Electronics/Electrical/Engine
  • The radar is Furuon 4k, 36 mile, Model # 1731 Mark 3 with 7" CRT. The GPS is Furuno GP36. The autopilot is Raymarine ST5000 Plus with rudder-angle indicator and there is an Autopilot Remote-Raymarine ST600R. Also included is a Tri-Data by Raymarine that is ST-60. The VHF system is Horizon Spectrum with a DSC button, speaker with microphone, displays lat/long,speed,COG, built-in speaker/hailer with foghorn signal, and NOAA weather-alert. The stereo is Jensen CD400, AM/FM/CD. There is a cable port for laptop to GPS and a cell phone extender. The 12v electrical system has 4 6v golf-cart Lifeline AGM batteries, Optima AGM start battery, Workaholic generator battery, Ancor timmed copped wiring throughout, Emergency parallel relay, start and house batteries, Statpower 40+ amp battery charger with Xantrex battery temperature sensor, 12v breaker panel with LED lights., engine and house battery on/off switches. There are international navigation lights, anchor ligh, dual electric horn, 2 engine lights. The 110v electrical system consists of a AC breaker panel with LED lights, GFI outlets in the galley and head, 110 outlets in the salon, pilot house and the forward stateroom. There is shore power connection, 30 amp., with 50' cord.
  • The engine is a 220 hp Cummins 5BT 4.9M Diamond series engine with a wet exhaust, underwater exit, engine access in pilothouse, Walker Air Sep filter system, twin disc reduction gear (3MG 50-50). There is a Racor #900 fuel/water separator, Groco bronze sea strainer with Thoroflush valve, bow thruster that is 4 hp, 12v SidePower, #SP 55S, and joystick control. The engine has sound deadening. The propeller shaft is 1.75" stainless steel and the shaft seal is PSS dripless. The propeller is bronze, 20 x 24 4 blade. 2 cutlass shaft bearings. There is a 200 gallon fuel tank with an accurate dip stick. The water tanks are 2 with crossover line. The holding tank is 30 gallons in a keel tank with deck suction and overboard macerator/pump. The water and holding tanks have monitoring systems. The hot water tank is a SS Seaward #S700 6 gallon; electric and engine. The 12v automatic water pressure pump has a surge tank.
  • The generator is a Northern Lights 5.5 kw, with a sound deadening box that is portside in the engine room. The wet exhaust has an underwater exit. Groco bronze sea strainer, Racor #500 fuel/water separator, and dedicated battery.
  • The steering system is Teleflex hydralic with a bronze tiller arm. At the helm, it has teak spokes and rim. There are auto pilot hydraulic valves, rudder stops, rudder port with bearing and dripless seal, stainless rudder and shoe with galvanic protection.


Pilot House
  • The Pilot House has helm seating port and starboard, port and starboard doors, storage under the step at both doors, 4 magazine racks, 1 custom holder for image-stabilizer binoculars, 1 custom door/frame to cabinet under port seat, custom 4" extended helm seat, stainless steel footrests under bench seats, 2 custom teak drink holders, curtains and screens for the doors and windows, hinged helm console.
  • There is a Ritchie lighed binnacle compass, 3 self park windshield wipers, full-width overhead hinged instrument console,2 12v red/white overhead dome lights, 110v AC outlet,2 12v power ports, 11v outlet to small inverter for laptop, etc, 2 stereo Poly Planar speakers. There is a Cummins instrument panel, RPMs, oil pressure, volts, water temperature, single lever engine throttle/shift control, Link 10 battery monitoring system, Borel wet exhaust system alarm. There is a Tank Tender for measuring fresh water in tank, a Heatercraft defroster system for windshield and a mounted fire extinguisher.


Safety/Mooring/Miscellaneous
  • 4 fenders are provided along with 3 1/2" black nylon 3-strand docklines, 4 9/16" braided docklines, 1 3/4" nylon 3-strand mooring line, and 3 fire extinguishers (2 mounted and 1 unmounted).
  • Miscellaneous are:
  • Reverso oil changing system (gear driven) connected to engine, generator, and transmission, lead-shot ballast port side lazarette, prop protector, bypass system on hot-water heater for winterizing, ThoroFlush valve on engine and AC Groco strainers for winterizing and flushing, 3' x 5' American flag and 6' flag pole, and burgee staff.
  • The manuals included are:
  • Original NT 32-172 Manual from Nordic Tugs containing literature on all systems with additional materials added, installation and operator manuals for Northern Lights generator, parts book and repair manuals from Cummins, complete engine and generator service, repair, and maintenance logs, complete fuel logs, complete improvements and additions logs, owner written manuals for all winterizing procedures and spring commissioning work ( including materials list), complete list of all serial numbers, phone/email contacts for major components on the boat. There are spare parts available for separate purchase, if desired.
