"Serenity" is a 78' Northcoast built by Royal Eagle Yachts in Tacoma, Washington.  She was custom built for a local experienced yachtsman who was in negotiations with Tollycraft to sell them the tooling and molds.  Tollycraft was in the process of starting a new yacht division to build this great hull (built by North Coast) and use the tooling to start the new series in 1996/97.  Unfortunately, Tollycraft never recovered from the Luxury Tax days and closed it's doors for goodprior to building a new series based on this boat.

When the 2nd owner purchased her (ex "Champagne & Roses") he ended up spending over $1,500,000 in upgrades and changes which include painted hull, new hardtop, new tender & outboard, new tender davit, Kabola diesel heat throughout the boat to go along with the AC.  New controls include adding a stern station for easy maneuvering, new AV, interior soft goods, furniture, canvas and cushions, electronics and manyupgraded systems - both electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, etc.   

She features FIVE staterooms en-suite and a very large Flybridge deck. Jacuzzi in the master stateroom is but a few of the incredible options she has. She would make a great charter vessel, a very comfortable live-aboard or long range family cruiser capable of cruising Alaska to Mexico and beyond by capitalizing on her large fuel tanks and economical Lugger engines. A very low hour boat that is ready to go!

As you enter the spacious salon you will experience boating at its finest. With a custom L-shaped sofa on the starboard side, entertainment center, bar and Pella fireplace to port. You can relax in comfort while watching the 42" flat screen TV or perhaps a romantic evening in front of the fireplace. You will find the art and contemporary decor tastefully done to the highest standards. The dining area is at the far end of the salon across from the fully equipped gourmet galley. The new chairs and a table comfortably seating six people will easily provide for a small dinner party. The master stateroom is aft with en-suite head and shower, island queen berth, large mirrored hanging locker, ample storage and a large flat screen TV. Just a few steps away and forward is access to the spotless well organized engine room. You may enter the master stateroom from the salon or the private entry from the aft deck. This vessel is truly an example of a well maintained luxury yacht.

She is also equipped with a large hydraulic drum anchoring system with cable and chain.  It is hidden under the forward deck hatch with a hydraulic opening, so you are not stubbing your toes or kicking it when walking around the decks.  There are many subtle nuances about this boat that have been well thought out.  Wide walk arounds forward for ease of movement, a wider body amidships that takes advantage of the large 21'6" beam.  You need to see her to appreciate her!  She has a workable cockpit for easy boarding or loading supplies from floating docks to using it as a dive platform or fishing.  You will not find a better boat in this size and price range that has the quality and capability to go just about anywhere safely and in style.  Nothing on the market compares to her - a must see if you are looking in this size & price range.
