| The 44 Ocean Motor Yacht stands out among the Ocean lineup for its great three stateroom two head design. Due to a bad market following 1990, not a lot of the boats were produced. But, the design and function of the boat is fabulous. The boat also offers great speed for an aft cabin motor yacht and the styling raises above that of the typical motor yacht of the early to mid 1990's. | The 44 Ocean Motor Yacht was offered as a three stateroom - two head configuration. The Master Stateroom is full beam and located in the aft. Forward of the Salon and galley are the other two staterooms. The VIP is forward with private access to the head and the third stateroom is down and to the starboard. The salon is very spacious and has the galley up and to the port. There is a dinette to the starboard side. The aft deck provides great seating in good or bad weather and has three step leading up to the flybridge that is equpped with Ac and heat. In the past two years the current owner has completed many up grades that are listed below. |
