Each of the motor yachts and megayachts from Ocean Alexander are built for long-term cruising with a slow, enjoyable ride and a fuel-efficient sweet spot. A hallmark of the Ocean Alexander design is the hull’s prop tunnel, which puts the prop and shaft farther aft than more conventional designs. As a result, Ocean Alexander hulls offer more power and speed with less vibration. In addition, the prop placement creates more usable space in the cabin. With enhanced performance and onboard comfort, Ocean Alexander yachts are popular among serious cruisers. Another defining characteristic of the brand is the use of rare woods. Ocean Alexander is one of the few builders still using high-quality Burmese teak, which is crafted by a labor force skilled at cabinetry, joinery and patterning. The motor yacht line ranges from 72 to 90 feet. The megayachts are sized from 112 to 155 feet.
