Accommodation

The layout offers up to six berths with three sleeping cabins separate from the main accommodation.  Two single cabins forward.  In main saloon, dinette to starboard converting to double berth.  Separate heads compartment with Baby Blake marine toilet and washbasin.  Steps up to deck saloon.  Dinette to starboard with galley opposite.  Stainless steel sink.  Hot and cold pressurised water system.  Two burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven.  Refrigerator.  Aft cabin with twin berths.  Relfex diesel heater in lower saloon with five radiators throughout the boat provides central heating.

Located under deck saloon sole, Mercedes OM352 six cylinder 135hp diesel engine.  Electric start.  Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger.  Shaft drive to three bladed propeller.  Single lever control.  350 litres fuel capacity.  The engine was installed in 1998 as an almost new secondhand unit and was overhauled in 2011.

Construction

Welded steel hull, epoxy painted.  Welded steel superstructure.  The hull beneath the waterline was grit blasted and epoxied 2007.  The deck and superstructure were flame sprayed with zinc from new.  Long keel with encapsulated lead ballast.  Keel hung rudder.  Wheel steering.  Centre self draining cockpit.
