| The Pilgrim 40 features a high bow, covered sidedecks and a sturdy rub rail. Varnished hand rails and deckhouse trim, a foredeck seat and bronze combination hausepipe/mooring cleats were standard. She is also equipped with an electric windlass, heavy ground tackle and an anchor washdown system. The aft deck (veranda) has a built-in fantail seating and pull out stairs for convenient access to the flybridge. There are two "cafe" tables with a drop down dining table with seating for 8! The aft deck also doubles as a sunroom with new eisenglass curtains. |

Exterior woods are Honduras Mahogany. All stainless steel railings are welded for superior strength and are hand polished for better shine and durability. A replaceable plastic rubrail starts at the forward quarter and extends completely around the stern. All exterior walking areas have a molded sand type non skid for maximum traction and unsurpassed ease of maintenance.

| The large "Trolley" windows and skylight in the salon make for a bright and airy interior; and the teak and mahogany woodwork, and teak sole give Wanderer its classic look. To port in the salon is a small table that folds out to accomodate 4 for dinner. Opposite is a built in settee that converts to a double berth. Moving forward andto starboard, Wanderer is equipped with a fully functioning galley including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, double stainless sinks, a propane stove with oven, deep cabinets and a breakfast bar. Across from the galley is the head with an electric head and stall shower. Forward is the Pilothouse with helm seat and a full array of electronics. There are wing doors to port and starboard for easy access to the side decks and bow. To port are the stairs leading down to the master stateroom consisting of a queen berth, abundant storage and a vanity. |
