THIS BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED VESSEL HAS HAD ONE PREVIOUS OWNER AND WAS BUILT TO HIS SPECIFICATION UNDER SURVEYOR SUPERVISION. SHE HAS SPENT MOST OF HER LIFE IN NEW ENGLAND WHERE SHE WAS STORED UNDER COVER DURING THE WINTER MONTHS.

SHE WAS ACQUIRED BY THE PRESENT OWNER IN 2006, TRIAL SAILED FOR A SIX MONTH ASSESSMENT PERIOD & THEN REBUILT FOR LONG RANGE, OCEAN PASSAGE CRUISING BY PORTLAND YACHT SERVICES, MAINE. SINCE THE COMPLETION OF THE REFIT SHE HAS SAILED 15.000 MILES TRAVELLING FROM CANADA TO BERMUDA AND THEN TO THE CARIBBEAN FOLLOWED BY A TRANS ATLANTIC CROSSING AND IS CURRENTLY CRUISING THE WESTERN MEDITERRANEAN.

THE PRESENT OWNER CHOSE THE VESSEL FOR THE REBUILD BECAUSE OF ITS GOOD CONDITION, EXCEPTIONAL HULL STRENGTH, SAIL CONFIGURATION AND THE TWIN HELM POSITION WITH THE PILOTHOUSE LAYOUT.

SHE HAS A COMPLETE INVENTORY OF SPARES FOR BOTH EQUIPMENT AND RIGGING FOR LONG RANGE BLUE WATER CRUISING.

Accommodations

Accommodation for 8 persons in doube ensuite aft, double cabin forward, twin berths in pilothouse and double berth in saloon. 2 heads and separate shower compartment.

Galley fitted with 3 burner gimbaled stove and oven, microwave, top and front loading fridge/freezer.

North sail profurl mainsail 2010, 6oz 130% genoa, storm jib on cutter stay, 1oz assymetric spinnaker with ATN dowser, 9oz 110% yankee.

Electrics

As far as was possible completely rewired. Fitted with Trojan AGM batteries in 2 banks if 480 AH giving a total of 960 AH. Smaller AGM batteries are used for the engine and generator start system and each has it's own start battery.  Xantrex Battery charger 50 amp / 12v, shore power, generator Westerbeke 3 cyl. BCD 6.25 kva, solar panels.

Engines

Ford Lehman 4D 254 / 2712E, rebuilt 2007, diesel, cruising speed 6.5 knots, Warner Velvet gearbox, bronze feathering propeller, alternator.
