From their very beginning in 1974 until their production ended in 1987, the S-2 sailboats built by the Slickers family of the Tiara Yachts fame, were known as one of the five top fiberglass sailboat manufacturers in the world. This S-2 is in exceptional condition, having many updates and lovingly cared for. She sleeps six, offers six ft three inch head room with ten opening ports, head with shower, and teak bulkheads. Solar panels in a custom framework charge the batteries and she is powered by a thirteen hp Yanmar engine. NEW upgrades include Harken Roller Furling, New Garmin GPS, New Bottom Paint, New Holding Tank, New Galley faucets and New Water Pump. She is all fiberglass with aluminum mast,the side deck mast and spreaders have a special paint applied to accentuate the boats beautiful styling. Over ten ft beam makes the salon a very generous space in a boat this size and the fore and aft cabins offer plenty of privacy to cruising couples and families. Updates and all issues have been addressed and she is anxious for a new owner. |
