Description

SANLORENZO 70, 1991

Construction

All GRP with teak decks, white hull.

THE HULL: The two shafts were renewed in 2002 using 80 mm in place of the original 55 mm. A barrier coat was applied prior 2 coats of antifouling paint. All the through hull fittings and the respective sea cocks were replaced by new items. The above treatment is guaranteed for a five years period by the contractor who carried out the works and s transferable to a new owner. The vessel as re-launched in the summer of 2008.

Owner's Comments

A fine opportunity to acquire a nice sized boat at a reasonable price.  She needs a little TLC and some updating on the interior, basically sound though.  The bottom was epoxied 2 years ago and has 3 years left on the warranty.  The beauty of the San Lorenzo style is that she is timeless.  She is still, even in 2010 a “good looker”.  If done properly, this could be a nice little gem.
