The 2009 83 ft Sea force IX “RUMBERA” is a boat of many passions. A fishing machine with a yacht interior, family cruising boat that chases billfish, a fast high-performance luxury motor yacht. This enclosed fly bridge vessel has three very large staterooms including a full beam master suite.  The vessel also has a crew quarter that is accessed from the cockpit through the engine room.  This vessel is powered with the MTU 16 V2000 M93 engines. “Rumbera” was built by a very knowledgeable boating family and lacks nothing.  She is truly turnkey and has always been maintained by a full time crew.  No expense was spared in her construction and the owner has made many upgrades to make this vessel the nicest most well equipped vessel of her size on the market today. In the fall of 2013 3M 8,000 Gyro-stabilizers by Seakeeper were installed.

Walkthrough

This enclosed fly bridge vessel has three very large staterooms including a full beam master suite. The vessel also has a crew quarter that is accessed from the cockpit through the engine room. This vessel is powered with the MTU 16 V2000 M93 engines. “Rumbera” was built by a very knowledgeable boating family and lacks nothing. She is truly turn key and has always been maintained by a full time crew. No expense was spared in her construction and the owner has made many upgrades to make this vessel the nicest most well equipped vessel of her size on the market today. In the fall of 2013 3M 8,000 Gyro-stabilizers by Seakeeper were installed.

 

The “Rumbera” boast a World class cockpit, with a substantial lanai deck, full-beam master stateroom, crew quarters, and a brilliant ship-like engine room with plenty or work space and redundant systems. The interiors are comfortable and luxurious but also practical. The light and bright element is achieved largely by the selection of English sycamore for the joinery, the elegance of its pale, highly figured pattern enhanced by simple geometric shapes, the clear, Italian semi-gloss finish and a slavish attention to book matching the grain patters. This vessel has three very large staterooms with a crew stateroom with its own separate entrance through the engine room. The master is very large. Forward of the master to port is the VIP which features a true king size bed for its guest. This stateroom has its own private very well appointed ensuite head with large stall shower. The starboard stateroom has side by side berths, including an upper for berth for a total of three. This stateroom also has its own very nice well-appointed ensuite head.

 

Salon

 

As you enter this vessel through the electric salon door you have an on deck day head to starboard that can be entered from the cockpit or the salon. You have a very nice custom leather couch with storage to the port. The flooring is wood until you step up slightly to the galley which is appointed with custom stone flooring. The appliances are all top of the line, and the refrigeration is all custom stainless steel under counter. There is a dining table to starboard that accommodates six people in their own chairs.

Cockpit

This vessel boosts one of the largest cockpits in her class. It is appointed with a lanai deck with a custom table with chairs. The lanai deck also offers an entrance to the on deck head. Adjacent to the head is a full stand up tackle room that boosts the majority of her fishing tackle. From the lanai deck you can access the cockpit from either the port or starboard stairs. As you walk down her stairs into the cockpit you will notice two 55 gallons custom live wells, on both the port and starboard. Once in the cockpit you will find plenty of custom refrigeration, engine access, custom built in BBQ, and cockpit controls. Her teak deck has custom in deck fish boxes both to port and to starboard. There is currently a custom Release Marine fighting chair that was a gift and is not included with the sale. The pedestal will stay with the vessel as it was custom made.

  • Next to the fuel management panel are the fuel transfer supply and return “quick disconnect” fittings activated by ports on the supply and return valve manifolds on the fuel management panel.
  • A fuel polishing unit parallels the primary fuel transfer pump to clean fuel from any tank to any tank and serve as a back-up to the fuel transfer pump.
  • All fuel supply, return and transfer hose is USCG approved with brass fittings.
  • All tanks have a level sender with monitors near the fuel management panel and on the primary helm station.
  • One aluminum water tank with a capacity of 350 gallons (1324l)
  • Each water tank has a water fill, dual vents, two level monitoring points and full port ball valves on all pick-up tubes.
  • Headhunter primary fresh water pressure pump supplies a filtered and non-filtered split delivery manifold system. Pump is isolated with valves
  • Filtered “potable” fresh water delivery system with accumulator tank supplies water for consumption. From the central PVC trunk line, valve isolated branch lines to each end user device are color-coded poly tubing.
  • Non-filtered fresh water delivery system with accumulator tank supplies water for the toilet system.
  • Two 20-gallon water heaters are zoned for quick response. Each water heater has independent valving and check valves for isolation.
  • 2 A 1,400GPD water maker discharges into the fresh water tanks.
  • Dock-side water inlet.
  • Reverse cycle chilled water air conditioning with staged compressors.
  • The hydraulic system for the bow thruster and anchor windlass is fully engineered by the equipment manufacturer.
  • Hydraulic power pumps are mounted on both ZF engine transmission “C” pads for reliable power. The pumps are sized to give 100% rated power to the thrusters and windlass with both engines at idle and 80% power with one pump operating.
  • The FM-200 fire suppression system for the engine room is fully engineered by the manufacturer.
  • The engine oil sumps, transmission oil sumps and generator oil sumps are fitted with quick disconnects.
  • Oil movement is by a portable pump with hoses and quick disconnects.

  • The air compressor is oil-less type with a storage tank.

Electrical

  • Two 75’ 100a - 240VAC shore cords provide shore electricity to the ship.
  • Each shore cord is on a powered cable hauler.
  • The shore cords are protected with over current breakers, surge protection and galvanic isolators.
