Description/Condition

This is a fine example of this classic Sea Ray design which offers a surprising amount of room for a boat of her class. The interior offers a spacious salon with full galley, two sleeping cabins and large head compartment with separate shower stall. Two air conditioning units provide optimum comfort. The deck layout features a raised helm station, open foredeck with sun bathing cushions and large cockpit with transom door leading to the swim platform. The boat is powered by twin 454 Mercruiser engines and a 8.5 KW Westerbeke generator. Recent improvemnets in 2012 include new a new intakes, new exhaust manifolds, new exhaust risers and new water pumps on both engines. A rebuilt generator and new batteries were also installed 2012. In addition the boat was hauled out for routine maintence in April 2012 and received new antifouling paint and new zincs. After many years of enjoyment the owner has decided to sell and is receptive to reasonable offers.   




Accommodations

The interior layout offers a full width salon with galley, guest cabin to starboard, roomy head with shower stall to port and spacious master cabin forward. The interior is finihsed iwth white formica counter tops, teak trimmed cabinetry, cloth headliner and low pile carpet on the sole. Two air conditioning units provide optimum comfort.

MAIN SALON - Furnished with an L-shaped settee to port with storage space outboard and above the settee. The galley is situated on the starboard side and fitted with multiple storage drawers and cupboards and plenty of counter space. Galley equipment is listed in the galley section below.

GUEST CABIN - Located forward of the salon on the starboard side and furnished with stacked single bunks outboard. A hanging locker is situated inboard wit addiitonal stroage compartments outboard

HEAD - Located opposite the guest cabin to port and equipped with a vanity, sink, storage cabinet, vacum flush marine toilet plumbed to a holding tank with mascerator pump and separate shower stall forward. The head compartment also features a tiled floor.

MASTER CABIN - Situated forward and furnished with a large double island berth with storage below. A dressing are with staorage space and sink is located to port and a large hanging locker is located to starboard.
