The starting idea is a 13, 5 m craft built with the parameters of a 20 m custom-built yacht. The outcome is Solaris 44, with hull lines and appendages designed by Doug Peterson and interior styling and deck design by Dick Young. The choice of materials plans: Burma teak for the various possible layouts, hull and deck made by an infusion process. Everything is sized for a high performance yacht which is though easy to handle even with a small crew in any sea condition. Only aboard a Solaris will you realise how each detail is carried out with manic precision in order to meet the owners requirements. You will be able to find the pleasure of safe open-sea sailing here, in your Solaris 44.
