Rock & Roll has come on the market and is truly the highest specced Manhattan 73 Sunseeker has ever built.

The owner has pain stakingly spent a lot of time to ensure every fabric every color matches and fits in with this open layout design. This was heavily influenced by the owner who worked with Sunseeker to build the best Manhattan 73 to date. Armani Casa fabrics throughout the yacht gives you the best of interior design. Giving you the feeling of a far bigger yacht with her open style layout ideal for open living and entertaining. Bose systems throughout yacht coupled with upgraded Samsung Smart TV to 50" in the Saloon and to 40" TV in the Master Stateroom.

Moving down below into the lower deck a most unusual acheivement for this length of yacht, Three full double and one twin suites.

Her flybridge is long extending right over the aft cockpit for shade. Then moving forward to the sundeck you has an amazing area broken up into sunbed with seating area that boast surround sound making sunset coktails, light music and relaxing second to none!

There are two very special features onboard this yacht the first being the Side Power Fin Stabilizer. This allows you to remain stable in area's with swell. The system will keep the yacht stable and is a great solution for those that tend to get a little sea sick. The other redeeming feature is the trailing pump system installed on the gear box. Never done before on yachts under 100ft this system opens up ranges of over 2,000 nautical miles. The yacht is able to safely run one engine at fuel consumption around 27L p/hr. The yacht is now capable of long passages usually only seen on semi deplacement hulls. An extremely impressive addition to this yacht

Another important and impressive area is the crew cabin installation. This is fully fitted with its own hob cooking top, additional fridge and freezer, audio visual and navigation aid repeaters for crew to monitor.

Other extra's onboard include a new 2013 RPX Sea Doo and a Zodiac Yacht Line tender with a 4 stroke 50hp honda engine, also 2013 model. There is nothing that has not been included and is a great opportunity to own a ex demonstrator model. 

This is truly a spectaculer yacht that needs to be seen to really appreciate what has been created by the owner and the factory. 

To replace this yacht would mean a one year order wait and an increase in price.

The Manhattan 73 is defined by its ingenious use of space. The vessel enjoys increased volume not just by length but courtesy of the broad beam that's carried lower in the hull. This enables a third full-size double stateroom on the lower deck, plus plenty more headroom throughout. The main saloon is now also on one single, sweep-through level, providing a vast entertainment space. Finally, for ultimate manoeuvrability, there's the option of joystick control, dramatically simplifying docking.
