DRASTIC PRICE REDUCTION

The Tiara 40 is a luxury-class Express Yacht with 2 staterooms and 2 heads plus a large galley, oversize dinette and teak & holly floors throughout. The forward stateroom has a walk-around queen and en-suite head with private entrance. The aft stateroom has a double berth with en-suite head and sink. The oversize dinette in the galley also converts to a large double berth. There are separate refrigerator and freezer units, electric stove, microwave/convection oven and more in a very nicely laid-out galley area.

The helm area is fully equipped with radar, auto pilot, GPS and all the usual displays. The helm seat is large and seats 4 comfortably. The cockpit features a large aft-facing seat for 4 adults and a forward-facing seat for 4 adults. In between there are 2 tables that hydraulically lift out of the floor for cocktails or dinner service.

She is powered by Cummins Diamond Edition diesels that cruise the boat easily  at over 20 knots. There is a new generator (with sound shield) in 2011 that is so quiet that you have to look over the side to see if it is running. This vessel is fully commissioned, in the water and awaiting your inspection.
