Deck and Hull
 The cockpit (160 sq ft) is something to see.. Custom molded bait prep/tackle center with sink (fresh and salt water), freezer, and drink cooler, and cockpit controls. (There are seat cushions to go over the bait prep center). Also, their are three CUSTOM MADE tackle lockers. NEW fresh and salt water faucets including hoses for cockpit sink. NEW (fresh & salt) water Hose bibs for cockpit wash down. The Hugh fish box has a macerator pump....Rupp double spreader outriggers, all New cockpit and helm control cables throughout. There are nine flush mounted just re-polished S/S LEE rod holders mounted on new custom teak covering boards.

The Fly Bridge is extremely LARGE for a 44-footer, and has a commanding view of all the ACTION. The bridge features L-shaped seating forward, and bench seating to starboard of the helm. There is an over head electronic box as well as a pop-up box built in to the console for the radar and fish finder. There are also Two top of the line helm chairs with foot rests, and New cushions.

Accommodations
FWD Master Stateroom has a Center line Queen Berth (New Mattress) with two large hanging lockers, lots of storage. Second stateroom has over and under bunks with a full size closet. NEW head liner and recessed lighting in both staterooms. All soft goods throughout including bridge and cockpit cushions are NEW. The bridge enclosure including the soft top is also NEW. Large full size head with an oversize stand up shower. The 20 gallon hot water heater was replaced. All New Berber rugs throughout, including a day time fishing runner.  All interior teak walls were re-done with a satin finish, and all the wall paper replaced in staterooms, hallway and head... All windows in salon were removed and re-bedded.

Galley/ Head
New full size Frig W/Freezer, stainless steel sink, micro wave, Ice maker, and lots of storage cabinets. The galley and Head have a teak and holly floor, and the counter top in the galley has two levels The Vac-u-Flush system has been replaced. The shower also has a built in teak seat.
